And this week, we’re an honoring a talented girl named Shannon who has blessed the fang fandom with a video she created to highlight how TVD has impacted not only her relationship with her father but also helped her forge new friendships at college and remain connected with her friends back home well.
Titled “The Impact of A Single Show,” the video is a beautiful tribute that goes into detail about what it means to be part of the TVD family and how much of an affect a quality television program can have on people’s lives. Using Sharpie sketches, voice-overs, and Marcus Foster’s “I Was Broken” to narrate her personal story, Shannon delves into many wonderful reasons as to why The Vampire Diaries is her favorite show and why she’s always excited to watch it. The video is so amazing that it has already garnered positive reactions from viewers worldwide including executive producer Julie Plec who tweeted about it!
