If there’s one thing fans of The Vampire Diaries TV series know for sure it’s that nobody —and we mean nobody— is safe in Mystic Falls. From estranged fathers to beloved aunts, life tends to take a gruesome turn in this town…and death comes as quickly and unexpectedly as an abrupt gasp.
Well, if you thought that Jenna getting staked by Klaus in “The Last Day” or Bill Forbes choosing death over sprouting fangs on “Bringing Out The Day” was as heartbreaking as it gets, then you’re in for some major shock this season! Because, according to Kat Graham (aka the fabulous Bonnie Bennett), the Original siblings and their witchy mother are back — and their return will have a dangerous (and eerily deadly) impact on our favorite characters! “The show is very epic. The storylines move really really quick. [It's] definitely one of the fastest storylines I’ve ever been a fan of watching or that I’ve been involved with. So there will be developments that are going to happen [in every episode],” she says. “The episodes with the originals are going to start reaching a head and you’re not going to know whose going to die and whose going to survive and what plans really are going to work this time. And what plans are going to be stopped and thwarted. So some really massive confrontations are definitely going down… that WILL result in death.”

Ay yi yi! So much death and bloodshed! (At this rate, estate must be super cheap in this town.) We don’t want anyone to die, but when we asked the Vampire Diaries fan community at a recent convention (watch the full video here), they pretty much unanimously predicted that Matt Donovan would be the next unfortunate victim.
I read somewhere that Daniel Gillies will be on a new show in the fall- so Elijah might be in danger!

I don’t really know who will die but I hope it’s not Jeremy! The sweet Jer! He seems to me like the most vulnerable. He’s got no fangs the poor boy!!!! And Alaric is going nowhere! Simply coz I’d stop watching TVD if anything happens to any of them. What on earth do the Originals want? Actually I wonder what Klaus expects from Caroline! Was the diamond bracelet for free?
